Representative Colonel Allen West threatens to quit Congressional Black Caucus

Tea Party-aligned Representative Colonel Allen West, the only Republican member of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), sent a letter to CBC Chairman Emanuel Cleaver
"All of us, especially Congressman Carson, Congresswoman Waters and others who have engaged in racially-motivated rhetoric, should follow the example of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., not the example of Reverend Jeremiah Wright," was included in Colonel West's letter.
Following is some of the offensive inflammatory rhetoric from some members of the CBC.
"This is a tough game. You can't be intimidated. You can't be frightened. And as far as I'm concerned -- the Tea Party can go straight to hell," said Representative Maxine Waters.
"Some of these folks in Congress right now would love to see us as second-class citizens. Some of them in Congress right now of this Tea Party Movement would love to see you and me, I'm sorry, hanging on a tree." said Representative Andre Carson.
There has not been any racism coming from the organizers of the TEA activists and the few times anybody  at one of their events showed improper actions they were quickly and thoroughly denounced and barred from the event. In fact almost all such incidents were indeed proven to be the work of anti TEA agent provocateurs attempting to discredit the TEA movement.
